I like to be with kids and I know child-care is a good market and I can have a stable job if I am experienced in taking care of kids.

I need to build up a good relationship and trust at time when I started to take care of the kid. So when the kid not listen to me, I still can talk to the kid and try to find out what is the problem why the kid not listen to me.
