As a caregiver, what do I feel is the most important thing I could do to influence and assist a child's development?
I will instill the good valves, setting a good example and let her feel love, cared for & inspired.
What made me choose child-care as a career?
The reason are I am fond of children. I took elementary school teaching as my course which may help me to know more and understand the development of kids.
How would I deal with a child who did not listen to me. What would I do to ensure the one I'm taking care of would listen to me ?
My experience told me that I have to be patient and to explain to the kid when he/she is not listening to me and by reward and appreciation would be a good way to handle the kids who will not listen to me.
If I and my employer had a different opinion regarding any duty, how would I deal with it?
I will try to explain my opinion and I would respect my employer's opinion, too
What do I think my employer will expect from me?
My employer might expect I am a hardingworking, willing to learn and cheerful caregiver.
