What made me choose elder-care as a career?
I like to serve elderly as most of them are lonely and the elderly need companion and I will act as their companion so that they will have a more brighter lifte at the late part of their life.
How would I deal with a elder who did not listen to me. What would I do to ensure the one I'm taking care of would listen to me ?
I need to build up a good relationship and trust at time when I started to take care of the elderly. So when the elderly is not listening to me, I still can talk to the elderly and try to find out what is the problem why the elderly is not listening to me.
